Account Manager

Responsibilities: The incumbent will join our professional team to provide one-stop-shop advertising and marketing solutions to help our business partners or customers achieve their business objectives, through the deployment of various kinds of promotional strategies and customized solutions in strategic marketing planning, brand-building, market research, campaign & event management, media planning, promotion material design & publishing, and partnership & affiliate programs. He/she will be responsible for the whole business development process including prospecting, proposal preparation, contract closing and provision of after-sales services.

Requirements: University graduate Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, corporate sales or related field Sound knowledge of Internet an advantage Good business acumen & analytical skills Aggressive, creative, organized & independent Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales & other business targets Good presentation & communication skills Good command of English & Chinese

Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities: The incumbent will join our Advertising & Sales team to provide one-stop-shop advertising and marketing solutions to help our business partners or customers achieve their business objectives, through the deployment of various kinds of promotional strategies and customized solutions in strategic marketing planning, brand-building, market research, campaign & event management, media planning, promotional design & publishing, and partnership & affiliate programs. He/she will be responsible for the whole business development process including prospecting, proposal preparation, contract closing and provision of after-sales services.

Requirements: University graduate, preferably in a business discipline Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in marketing, corporate sales or related fields, preferably in advertising agency Strong knowledge on Internet or on online media is preferred Strong business acumen & analytical skills Aggressive, creative, organized & independent Willing to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets Good presentation & communication skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Interaction Designer

Responsibilities: Solve problems conceptually and approach them with a desire to innovate Understand and visualize the user needs and business requirements and identify areas where constructive changes can make maximum impact User interaction design for complex web applications and design and implementation of basic page templates Collaborate with visual designers and engineers to conceive and prototype interaction models, information architectures, and user interfaces Expertly craft documentation to represent the user experience, including: product requirements documents, functional specifications, flow diagrams, schematics, and prototypes Communicate, document, and represent interaction design direction to team members

Requirements: University graduate in Information Technology or related discipline 2+ years of experience in web designing and/or information architecture with basic scripting, particularly Javascript and/or PHP Experience working on small to medium-sized teams An ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines Excellent communications skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Web Developer

Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and development on web application features Execute web-based systems development activities

Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Internet application development, implementation and maintenance, with at least 1 year’s experience in developing Government applications is an advantage Hands-on experience in using JSP, Java, Weblogic, Oracle is a must Hands-on experience in using C#, ASP.Net, PHP, JavaScript, MSSQL development is an advantage Knowledge of web application development and program design under Windows and Lunix severs Strong system analysis and problem solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English & Chinese

Web Administrator

Responsibilities: Responsible for the administration and support of multiple websites Carry out daily operation tasks of the websites Develop web-based applications for improving the operation efficiency

Qualifications: Diploma in IT, Internet and Multimedia Technologies or related discipline Around 1-2 year experience in e-business, system development or related industry (fresh graduate with the required skill sets may be considered) Good knowledge of HTML and SQL programming language ASP, PHP, and other programming knowledge is an added advantage

Requirements: Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently Hardworking, well organized and team-oriented Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Working in our call center team, the incumbent will be required to handle customers’ orders and hotline telephone enquiries.

Requirements: F.5 or above One year’s experience in customer service / call center Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Typing Knowledge of Internet service is an advantage
