From Bedside to Business: My Journey as a Nurse at ESDlife

As a Registered Nurse with experience in geriatric wards, operation theatres, and community centres, I never expected my path to veer into business development. But joining ESDlife as a Health Advisor has allowed me to combine my clinical skills with a drive to make healthcare more accessible—it's been transformative!

Here, I have advised clients on professional care, shared healthcare knowledge with colleagues, and teamed up with Business Development to launch Welloft, our premium healthcare platform. From tailoring marketing strategies to exploring new clinics for partnerships , it is rewarding to see my nursing experience can contribute in new and meaningful ways.

The transition wasn’t without challenges, moving from clinical settings to a corporate environment meant learning to navigate business strategies and digital platforms. With the support of my team and by applying the same empathy and problem-solving skills I developed in nursing, I’ve become more confident in bridging healthcare and business.
