Reflecting on my time here, the most significant aspect is the profound sense of personal growth I have experienced. This period has been a journey in learning to navigate both professional and interpersonal challenges. While I am not entirely fluent in Cantonese, I never felt it was a barrier to contribution or connection. The environment here transformed that potential challenge into an opportunity, fostering a deeper level of patience, clarity and active listening that ultimately enhanced my collaboration.

This brings me to the true foundation of my growth: the people. I have been consistently inspired by the collective intelligence and genuine camaraderie of our teams. This was never more apparent than in the daily grace and effort everyone demonstrated in ensuring we were always aligned.
