This year, the day kicked off with an insightful training session on “The Psychology of Influencing” led by TreeholeHK. It wasn't just about theory, it was about giving our team practical tools to communicate with confidence, advocate for positive change, and build bridges across teams and communities.

Then came the highlight: an afternoon sandcastle-building challenge at the beach. Divided into teams, colleagues applied their newly learned communication techniques, balancing strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic setting. The activity demonstrated impactful results are born from diverse perspectives working toward a shared vision.
